Naomi holds a Certificate as an Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, a Certificate in Counselling and is an experiened support worker.

Naomi has been involved with horses since the age of six and has been working with people with learning difficulties since she was eighteen. Naomi firmly believes that working with horses is hugely enlightening and beneficial.

Naomi has now returned from her adventures abroad and is back working hands on with the horses and our clients.
Matt is one of our supportive directors. A mechanic by trade, Matt maintains anything mechanical that we have on site and acts as our general handyman and BBQ chef for our summer 'camps'.

Matt has only had experience with horses in the last four years but in that time has come to see for himself how they can help people and increase confidence.
Karen is our Parent Representative Director. She also volunteers and helps with our Saturday Club from time to time.
EAL Assistant
Helen has many years experience working with horses. She attended a course with us in 2015 and has subsequently taken on an EAL Assistant role within the organisation.
EAL Assistant
Tammy has had horses all of her life including experience working with stallions. She has learned for herself just how beneficial they can be and now works from time to time as an EAL Assistant for some of our school sessions.
Chris has been volunteering with us since 2015. He is very good at gardening and land maintenance and is helping us to look after these areas on site.
